Homeschool Lesson-Owl Pellets

The SWCD, Sherman County Prevention, and NRCS presented a homeschool lesson on owl pellets in February at the Wasco School Events Center. Bones found in the pellets were from voles, mice, and shrews.  Other activities included clay owl tracks and food web nesting tubes. This lesson was funded by the Oregon Community Foundation and the Roundhouse Foundation.
